It's nice to have a break from the office, especially on your birthday, but this is not exactly what I had in mind. I was called in to help produce food for one of our catering companies first orders for an Easter event held locally. Since Flavour Gateway's launch at the City Gateway showcase event in Canary Wharf it has been amazing to see what a demand there is for good honest food with a great social output. A lot of the women who will eventually work for FG will come on as volunteers and it will probably be there first job.
